CrossFit Avalanche and CrossFit Blizzard were founded by long-time North Lake Tahoe locals, Myles Lewis and Travis Weaver. Avalanche opened its doors in Tahoe Vista in July 2009, and Blizzard in November 2010 in Truckee. Both boxes offer members of all ability levels high quality personal and group fitness training, led by experienced coaches.
